What if someone misses a week orgoes on leave during the course?
No worries at all. Every module is recorded and uploaded, so team members can catch up anytime and tick off their progress as they go. The learning is designed to be fleixble to work around the busy property management schedules.
What happens if a team member leaves before finishing the program?
We get it - teams change. If someone leaves, we simply stop the course for them at the point of exit. No stress, no wasted investment.
How often are the modules delivered?
Each module drops every three weeks to avoid overwhelming your team and to allow focused time to implement and absorb the learnings before moving to the next topic.
Is the course payment structure flexible?
Yes, we offer monthly payments to help spread the cost out over the six-month program.
Is there an assessment or certificate at the end?
Yes. Each participant complets an assessment after all six modules to ensure they've understood and can apply the learning. This helps cement the value and gives you tangible insights into their growth, and future training that may be required.
How long is the course and what's the time commitment?
The course runs over 6 months, with a new module released every three weeks. Each module includes a 45-minute live webinar, around 1 hour of recorded content, plus guided homework and application exercises.
We recommend allocating up to 2.5 hours per week as a maximum commitment—some weeks will be shorter depending on the content and your team's pace. The program is designed to compliment your in-office training, and ensures your team can implement what they learn in real time.
