A fully self-paced onboarding program that helps new property management recruits learn the core workflows, language, tasks, and responsibilities of the role — without placing all the training pressure on you and your already-busy team.
Six Modules
A 90-day self-paced onboarding program for new Property Management hires with little to no industry experience.
By the end of 90 days, your new recruit will understand the six core areas of property management and have a stronger foundation to contribute confidently inside your agency.
Understanding how property management grows, how rental appraisals work and how to speak confidently about the market

Understanding the journey from available property to approved tenant, a signed agreement and the move in process

Understanding maintenance requests, owner approvals, contractors, compliance, work orders and bill payments

Understanding Lease Expiries, rent reviews, owner recomendations, tenant communication and compliance timing.

Understanding how to plan, prepare, and conduct inspections. The reporting process and follow up after routine inspections.

Understanding the end-of-tenancy process, notices, exit inspections, bond claims, cleaning, damage and finalisation.

The process
A good recruit does not need to know everything on day one.
But they do need a clear pathway.
The first three months are where they learn the language, the rhythm, the pressure and the expectation of property management. Without structure, they can quickly become overwhelmed, start second-guessing themselves, and rely heavily on already busy team members for every answer.
LAIRE Launchpad gives them a practical 90 day pathway so they can learn the core areas of the role, step by step.
They get :
★ A clear starting point so they are not sitting there waiting to be told what to do.
★ A structure to follow so you, or your senior PM is not repeating the same basics every week.
★ A safe place to learn before they are dealing with owners, tenants, trades and legislation in real time.
★ The language of property management is explained before they are expected to sound confident on the phone.
★ Context around why tasks matter, not which buttons to click.
★ Repetition and reinforcement so the learning actually sticks.

Work through the six core property management modules.
Apply the learning on the job with better questions, clearer context and growing confidence.
Complete the final assessment and identify the next training gaps.

LAiRE Launchpad is designed for brand-new property management recruits who are learning the industry for the first time.
It is ideal for new hires, assistant property managers, leasing support, reception team members moving into property management, trainees, admin support staff, and career changers who need a clear starting point.
Yes. That is exactly who it has been built for.
The program starts with the basics and walks the learner through the six core areas of property management in a practical, beginner-friendly way. It does not assume they already understand the language, forms, workflows or pressure of the role.
LAiRE Launchpad is built around six core modules:
New Business & Sales
Leasing & New Tenant Onboarding
Maintenance
Lease Renewals
Routine Inspections
Vacates
These are the key areas a new property management recruit needs to understand so they can start connecting the dots inside the business.
LAiRE Launchpad is designed as a 90-day onboarding pathway.
The learner can work through it at their own pace, but the structure is designed to support the first three months of employment, where new recruits usually need the most guidance and context.
While the program is designed around the first 90 days, learners receive ongoing access to the course, so they can revisit lessons, refresh their knowledge, and use the training as a reference long after the first three months.
Yes. LAiRE Launchpad is fully self-paced.
The learner can log in, work through the modules, pause, revisit lessons, and move through the program around their role and agency training schedule.
No. It supports it.
Your agency will still need to train the recruit on your office-specific systems, software, policies, procedures, communication standards and expectations. Every office runs differently, so the practical application still needs to happen inside the business.
LAiRE Launchpad gives the learner the property management foundation so your team is not constantly starting from scratch. It helps them understand the language, the core workflows and the “why” behind the tasks before they are expected to take on more responsibility.
It also gives the new recruit something meaningful to work through when they have completed their basic office tasks, but are not yet skilled enough to manage property management work independently.
This creates a productive learning pathway for the new hire, while giving the experienced team space to keep working without constant interruption. The recruit can continue building confidence, asking better questions, and seeing how they will eventually contribute to the business.
Once enrolment is completed, the learner receives access to the LAiRE Launchpad program.
They start with a skills check, then move through the six modules, and complete a final assessment at the end of the pathway.
The skills check helps identify where the student is starting from across the six core areas of property management.
It gives both the student and the agency contact a clearer view of their current confidence, understanding, and any areas that may need extra support as they move through the program.
The skills check results will be shared with the agency contact who engaged LAiRE, so they can better support the recruit during their onboarding journey.
If the agency contact does not receive the completed skills check, we recommend checking in with the student to make sure they have completed and submitted it before moving too far through the course.
Yes. The learner completes a final assessment at the end of the program.
This helps review what they have learned and identify any remaining gaps that may need further training, coaching or on-the-job support.
Yes. Agencies can enrol multiple new recruits.
For multiple learners or agency pack enquiries, email LAiRE and we can confirm the best setup.
LAiRE Launchpad is currently available for:
$499 per learner
This gives one learner access to the self-paced 90-day onboarding program.
While the program is designed around the first 90 days, learners receive ongoing access to the course, so they can revisit lessons, refresh their knowledge, and use the training as a reference long after the first three months.
The first 90 days are where new recruits either build confidence or start to feel overwhelmed.
LAiRE Launchpad gives them a clear pathway during that critical period so they can learn the language of property management, understand the role, and start asking better questions inside the business.
While the program is designed around the first 90 days, learners receive ongoing access to the course, so they can revisit lessons, refresh their knowledge, and use the training as a reference long after the first three months.
To support them during the initial onboarding period, learners will also receive regular motivational prompts across the first 90 days to help keep them moving, focused, and encouraged as they build confidence in the role.
The program is usually purchased by the agency owner, principal, team leader, department head, operations manager or person responsible for onboarding the new recruit.
The learner is normally the new property management team member.
After payment, access instructions are provided for the learner.
They will be guided to start with the welcome section and skills check before moving into the six core modules.
LAiRE Launchpad is designed as a self-paced program, so learners can move through the course at their own pace and revisit lessons whenever they need.
Inside the course, students will also find AI Assistant tools to support their learning. These tools provide guidance around best-practice property management processes, career confidence, and Queensland legislation. There is also a practical maintenance support tool to help learners understand maintenance triaging and how to think through repair requests more clearly.
While LAiRE Launchpad gives learners the foundation, language and confidence to understand property management, they will still need support from their agency to apply the learning inside the business. Every office runs differently, so agencies should guide learners through their own software, internal procedures, approval processes, communication standards and office expectations.
For enrolment, access or general course support, learners and leaders can contact LAiRE by email.
LAiRE Launchpad has been created by Beau Miller, a Queensland Licensed Real Estate Agent, and is built from real-world property management experience across Beau’s own agency and the businesses she has supported as an Operational Excellence Consultant.
The program is designed around Queensland property management processes, workflows and practical onboarding needs. However, agencies in other states and territories may still find it valuable as a best-practice framework for training new recruits and helping them understand the property management lifecycle.
Where legislation, compliance requirements or forms are referenced, agencies should always apply their own state or territory legislation, internal policies and office procedures.
LAiRE Launchpad is best suited to new or early-stage property management recruits, especially those learning the industry for the first time.
We have also seen great results with team members who already have 1–2 years of experience, or those transitioning from a support role into a Property Manager position.
An experienced Property Manager may still benefit from the structure, especially if they need a reset, a confidence boost, or a clearer understanding of the full property management lifecycle.
However, the program has been intentionally designed for beginners and early-stage recruits who need a practical foundation before taking on more responsibility.
LAiRE Launchpad is designed to be simple and self-paced, so there is no need to book a call.
