If you’re a property management agency owner, you know the challenges of onboarding new team members. LAiRE PM Foundations is built to solve that exact problem.
This isn’t just another training course. It’s a six-month, six-module program designed to give your new recruits—and even your existing PMs—a confident start and solid foundation across every stage of the property management lifecycle.
From new business and onboarding to vacates and compliance; LAiRE blends real-world learning, expert coaching, and AI-powered support in weekly, bite-sized formats that fit into even the busiest offices.
Set your team up for success—without doing it all yourself.
How it works (simple and supportive):
Kick-off: Your team member books a 20-minute intro with Beau to set goals and expectations.
Cadence: Six modules over six months
Live focus group: Mondays 12:30–1:15pm (AEST)
1:1: Focused skill review session x 2
Between sessions: self-led videos and exercises to reinforce learning.
By week 18, we expect to have all SIX of the Skills Assessments completed
Total program: $1,980 per person
($55/week for 6 months + $550 final Skills Assessment Review)
One on One Mentoring available upon request, $155 per 45 minute session.
Ongoing AI access (optional): $99.00/month after the 6 months.
